After a very bad experience with a previous roofer we were very wary. My husband frequently works away and so we wanted a firm that were reputable and trusted. A friend recommended Lancashire Roofing and Building. I can now understand why! George and his team are extremely knowledgable and professional, I felt at ease right from the get go. They went above and beyond to get the job completed and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for roofing or building work.

2 other roofers had failed to find the problem, George diagnosed what was wrong straight away and fixed it, he has since looked at another job for me and achieved the same professional result, I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation to Lancashire Roofing.

George came quickly to view the works and offered a number of options for me to consider. Once I had chosen the best option for the problem, he forwarded a quote by return. He explain that due to the weather he would attend the next dry day. This he so did the following week. The whole team were helpful and although the job proved difficult due to the condition of the roof, they completed the job and left the area clean and tidy. I also had george repoint both chimneys and was very pleased with the works completed. I have agreed for more works to be completed in the new year

Dealing with this company is very straight forward. They listened to my needs and advised a course of action that I could understand with no jargon. I accepted the quote, which appeared reasonable to me. (I had not done any comparison) and given a date for the work. On they day they were on time, worked hard throughout, were very pleasant, did a good job, explained what they had done and cleaned up after. I would be happy to use this company in future.

Good set of lads, did a great job ,tidied up after them,would 100% use them again . There prices are very good too.
