George Clarkson – Managing Director & Co-Founder

George founded Lancashire Roofing & Building with a clear focus on delivering high-quality roofing and structural works across Lancashire. With extensive experience in construction both in the UK and overseas, he brings strong technical knowledge and a disciplined approach to complex roofing and building environments. As Managing Director, George oversees, surveys estimating, contract delivery and on-site execution across roofing and building projects. He works closely with clients, surveyors and estates to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. George is committed to building a skilled, reliable team and maintaining the company’s reputation for professionalism, workmanship and long-term solutions.

Charlie Walsh – Senior Site Manager

Charlie has been part of Lancashire Roofing & Building since the company was established and plays a central role in project delivery. As Senior Site Manager, he oversees day-to-day site operations, supervising the team while ensuring works are completed safely and to specification. Working closely with both directors, Charlie supports programme coordination, maintains high workmanship standards and ensures projects remain organised and efficient from start to finish.

Charlie – Roofer

While Charlie takes great pride in his work, his favourite part of being in the LRB team is the opportunity to crack a joke or two with his colleagues. If you get the chance, ask Charlie about his favourite tool and he’ll proudly show you his trusty old hammer; an old faithful on countless projects. When it comes to dream roofs, Charlie imagines being on a gorgeous Swiss mountain, taking in the incredible views. Out of work Charlie is also a history buff with a soft spot for WW2 documentaries, and he is also mad about cars.

Blaize Clarkson - Operations Director & Co-Founder

Blaize oversees the operational structure of Lancashire Roofing & Building. She is responsible for internal systems, compliance, financial oversight and client communication across all projects. Working closely alongside the Managing Director, Blaize supports programme coordination, documentation and organisational development as the company continues to grow. Her focus is on maintaining high professional standards while building scalable systems to support larger commercial and estate-led projects. Blaize plays a key role in strengthening the company’s processes, ensuring LRB operates with clarity, consistency and long-term stability.
