If you are looking for a new roof and plastic facias, I can’t recommend Lancashire Roofing and Builders enough.
George and his team are hard working, friendly, helpful and do a fantastic job. They turned up when they said and stayed until everything was finished to an excellent standard.
I would definitely use them again but I don’t believe I will need to as everything is guaranteed.

They were professional, conscientious and friendly, with great communication skills. George planned and discussed everything with me, including providing a written work schedule and estimate. 
The team were reliable, polite and hard working throughout. They arrived in uniform at 7.30 each day and before leaving left everything spotless.
 As a very elderly lady I was treated with respect and consideration at all times, which was greatly appreciated.
 I would highly recommend them for their efficiency, dedicated work ethic and for their excellent customer service. The new roof looks lovely and has enhanced the appearance of my bungalow.

George and his team were exceptionally hard working, reliable and did an excellent job of renewing our roof, pointing the chimney stacks and replacing the guttering. Right from obtaining a price to completing the work comms were excellent with George keeping us updated all the way through. Even worked Sat and Sun to get the job done. The guys were polite and left everything clean and tidy each day. Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend Lancashire Roofing and Building without hesitation.

George and team, 3 polite Harding working lads. That went above beyond my expectations. They offered to do other jobs that needed attention without additional fee. Out 5 roofers that came to price George was the only one that told the truth and gave good advise. Very good value I would use them again , I have already recommended them. Quick efficient and clean up after themselves.
